He has acted exclusively in employment law since 1997. Paul founded Collingwood Legal in 2010. Prior to that he worked for a top 5 law firm in London and as a partner with a large commercial firm in Newcastle.

Paul deals with the full range of employment law issues and has a highly successful track record in defending claims at Tribunal. He is a TUPE expert and frequently advises on whistleblowing cases. His experience includes strategic advice on restructuring and protective award claims. He has acted in cases at the Employment Appeal Tribunal, High court, Court of Appeal and ECJ.
