This module will cover:

  • How to effectively manage sickness absence in order to best support an employee but also to manage the impact of sickness absence on your business.
  • The importance of meetings, medical evidence and the consideration of alternative employment.
  • How to establish if someone is ‘disabled’ under the Equality Act 2010 and whether reasonable adjustments are required.
