Collingwood Legal Webinars: Essential Managers Skills Training

Following the success of our Essential Managers Skills Training masterclass delivered last year, Collingwood Legal is offering organisations the opportunity of attending this interactive session in 2021, albeit virtually this time!

To make the delivery of the virtual session more manageable for attendees, we have split it into four stand-alone modules, lasting 2 hours each, which we will run during March 2021.

We will cover the key principles of employment and equality law and give practical guidance on how to manage an employment relationship from the beginning to the end in terms of legal obligations and procedural requirements.

The programme will consist of user-friendly guidance to complex legal concepts and interactive workshop discussions dealing with fact-based case study scenarios.

You will improve your understanding of how to deal logically and successfully with difficult employee management issues and minimise the legal risks to your organisation and yourself.

Who should attend?

This course is ideally suited to HR professionals, owner managers, team leaders and any employees who have supervisory responsibilities for dealing with operational employee issues.

Book all 4 modules or “Pick and Mix”

Delegates can choose to book as many modules as they wish. For example, all 4 modules can be booked together or each session can be booked on an individual basis.

The key modules are as follows.

  1. Employment Contracts (including essential terms and best practice) 4th March 2021 10am – 12 noon (Link here)

  3. Dealing with Disputes (including Disciplinary and Grievances) 25th March 2021 10am – 12 noon (Link here)

Cost and Early Bird Discounts

The standard individual cost per session is £75 plus VAT however should you book any individual module by 5pm on the Friday before each relevant session, an Early Bird cost of £50 plus VAT will be applied per session booked.
