The Employment Rights Bill was passed into law on 18 December 2025 becoming the Employment Rights Act 2025 (“ERA 2025”). While the provisions of the ERA 2025 are being implemented gradually, 2026 will see various changes coming into effect between February 2026 and October 2026 and employers need to begin preparing for the radical changes ahead now.
