This module is designed to help managers effectively navigate difficult conversations from addressing poor performance and conduct to managing requests from employees. The session will cover:

  • What circumstances warrant having a difficult conversation.
  • How to instigate a difficult conversation.
  • What to say and not to say.
  • How to effectively resolve issues before they evolve.
