Jackie regularly works with HRDs, people teams, board directors and owner managed businesses, providing straightforward advice designed to achieve clients’ commercial objectives.

Jackie has significant experience in handling complex employment tribunal claims, large scale project work, complex investigations and executive terminations.

• representing clients in employment tribunal claims, early conciliation and contractual disputes
• providing support to businesses on complex disciplinary, grievance, harassment and whistleblowing investigations
• providing businesses with practical advice on complex restructuring, including collective redundancies, changes to terms and conditions and TUPE
• advising clients in relation to equality and diversity
• providing strategic advice on post-termination restrictions and their enforceability
