Associate Solicitor

Jordan joined the team as a Paralegal in 2016 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 after completing her training contract with the Firm.

Jordan has experience of working with a range of clients including individuals, businesses and charities dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Experience

Examples of Jordan’s experience include:

  • Drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, staff handbooks and employment contracts to ensure their accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Providing day-to-day advice to employers on HR matters, such as sickness absence, performance management and grievance and disciplinary proceedings.
  • Advice on Employment Tribunal cases, including the preparation of complex discrimination and whistleblowing cases.
  • Representing clients at preliminary hearings.

Jordan can be relied on to bring not only her strong technical ability to matters, but also a calm, logical and assured approach to the advice she provides, in turn providing valued support to clients.
