Jordan joined the team as a Paralegal in 2016 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 after completing her training contract with the Firm.

Jordan has experience of working with a range of clients including individuals, businesses and charities dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Experience

Examples of Jordan’s experience include:

Drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, staff handbooks and employment contracts to ensure their accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements.
Providing day-to-day advice to employers on HR matters, such as sickness absence, performance management and grievance and disciplinary proceedings.
Advice on Employment Tribunal cases, including the preparation of complex discrimination and whistleblowing cases.
Representing clients at preliminary hearings.
