Séan qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and joined Collingwood Legal in 2023..He completed his law degree at Newcastle University and Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University. On qualification, after a number of years of acting as a Human Resources advisor, a paralegal and finally a trainee solicitor, Séan made the move from in-house practice to private practice. Séan has a wide experience in supporting clients deal with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. He has acted for a range of clients including individuals, small and large businesses, charities and schools. Having worked in both an in-house legal team and in Human Resources, Séan has a keen commercial awareness and the ability to approach matters “from a client’s perspective”.
