Nathan joined Collingwood Legal in 2022. Nathan completed his law degree at Newcastle University securing First Class Honours before undertaking a Post-graduate Diploma in Law at Northumbria University. He completed his training contract at a northern commercial law firm.

Nathan provides “amazing support” to clients in both contentious and strategic matters, “taking all the stress” away from clients and making the process of legal advice “easy and painless”.

Experience 

• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, staff handbooks, policies and procedures to ensure they comply with legislation and afford protection to the client’s commercial interests.
• Assisting with employment tribunal cases, including attending hearings on behalf of clients, drafting pleadings and witness statements.
• Providing advice on day-to-day employer-employee management issues.
• Helping clients with niche and novel employment law queries.
